A dream that became reality

What happens when you realise a dream?  In this case, it turned out that their dream and the success of South Africa in a bottle became the introduction to a much, much larger story to tell. One that lets you feel, see, hear and most importantly taste South Africa in wine.
 But like every story this vision needed a title. Based on a study conducted by WOSA (and published in the Aspect) the team named it 10 CHAPTERS . Giving their completely unique wines, a name to tell the story of South African wines and an individual voice for all of the country’s 10 diverse winemaking regions.
