What if?
The start of the 10 Chapters story begins back in 2003. Its place, the picture postcard wine region of the Western Cape where a visionary group of final year Stellenbosch winemaking students lead by the charismatic Stefan Gerber dared to challenge the establishment by asking a simple ‘What if ‘question. A question that would start them on a journey to unite and revolutionise the South African Wine Industry. The question:
“What if we made a bottle of wine that really was representative of South Africa? ”
